When we first contacted Melinda, we were worried about putting our home up for sale because we live 2,000 miles away. We incurred many expenses in getting our home ready for sale due to the eviction. Melinda took tons of pictures and helped guide us through this process. She provided us with names of contractors and worked with others that we had. She met all of the home and carpet cleaners and other contractors when appointments were scheduled to let them in, and stayed and checked on the many jobs that we needed to have done. But there is more! When was the last time you had a listing realtor bring their own shop vac and clean out your garage? When was the last time a listing realtor went out and bought paint and touched up for a client? Melinda has done this for us and more! She has purchased some small items for the home in order to prepare it to sell. We were not able to do these things due to the distance, but because Melinda wanted to make sure the listing was top notch, and she continued to help in any way that she could. She continues to contact us almost daily with updated information and EVERYTHING we asked to have done in terms of marketing the home, she did enthusiastically. Melinda is a godsend realtor !
