Got an invoice for 75 dollars and was told that Jasons brother who did the mowing told me it would be 65 or 75 for the job. Obviously they need to get these invoices in writing because their verbal word is not to be trusted. Im paying the 65 as what he told me he would charge. I think its their strategy to tell you something you will agree with and then send you something totally different and eventually you will just pay it to get rid of them. My only recourse is to let others know how they do business.
Description of Work: The owner came to my house to give me a bid on what he would charge an hour to do my yard. Jason said because of my disability he would only charge 25 dollars an hour. About 2 weeks later they came out to mow and at that time I was told it will be 25 dollars an hour PER MAN. So Ive waited for these guys to come out and now im told its 50 dollars an hour. Just great. They started to work and they pulled out walk behind mowers. Im incredulous at this point. I have a yard thats close to an acre and they bring walk behind mowers. They finish and Jasons brother tells me he will only charge me 65 dollars today. Well a little time later I receive an invoice and guess what its 75 dollars. BTW I cant use commas or other signs as Angies list puts all these codes in.

Hi there! I am sorry you were not satisfied with the service you received. I actually recall this lawn, and the yard was quoted $65-$75 (yes we do offer discounts for Military, Disabled, and Seniors for $25/per man hour, EXAMPLE: 1 guy for an hour is $25, 2 guys for an hour is $50), we try our best to give you a close estimate of how long it will take and with how many guys we may need. We have even had clients tell us a budget, and then we provide service up to that amount. We are always willing to work with our clients. In regards to the push mower, we did have our main mower in the repair shop for a few days last summer, so we had to do what we could without it. You can always call, or write to us with any of your concerns, and we will do our best to address them.

In regards to mow schedule, we actually accumulated a lot of new clients, and so we had to shift the days around, of "who we mow when". No complaints here of getting new clients, but it does require some adjustments to be made. But if there is ever a reason, you need to have service on a certain day of the week, just call and let us know. We are happy to oblige.

They are good. Jason is really personable and likes to make sure the lawn is right before he leaves. He wants to make sure I am satisfied. They don't waste any time. They get right in and get it done. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have used them for 3 years now. They come every 2 weeks for lawn care, mowing and trimming.
