Perfect! We had them out 2 times, the second time the owner came out and made the suggestion that we get a screen for the drain to eliminate the need to snake the drain every 5 months. Would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Awesome service. We are new to Idaho Falls and I called over 5 plumbers and left messages - no one has called back. I spoke to another company who would charge a $49 service fee to come out and then if they did the work that fee would be applied However, they couldn't give me an approximate price to snake my drain. I then joined Angie's List and found King George. They answered on the first ring, and they were at my house within an hour (I called during lunch). Within minutes they cleared my drain and confirmed by tub was not impacted. They were very professional and the best part was that it was only $124! I will use Kjng George for any future plumbing needs.

They were over in 35 minutes and were done in less than an hour. The guy was so kind and professional. I will definitely call them again if I have a problem!

Quick response; offered to come to my home later that same day, though I had to schedule for the next day due to obligations. They were just a bit late, but I am still giving them an A in punctuality for two reasons: when they offered a window of time that they could show up I requested an exact time (due to my tight schedule) and they agreed. And, when they realized they were going to be a little late they called and gave me a solid ETA, which they stuck to. Especially compared to loose standards many other businesses have these days, I still consider this excellent. They did a great job, and when they were done they left no trace that they'd been there. I found the price to be fair. I will use them again in the future.

I originally called another top rated plumber on Angie's list for a slow draining shower in the basement of a home I just purchased. They called me back an informed they would be unable to assist because their machine was being repaired, but they recommended king George's Royal Flush. I called them and they picked up right away. I described the problem and they send someone over w/in 20 minutes. I showed the tech the problem and he concluded fairly quickly that the main drain was likely obstructed. He quoted me the price before starting work. The $164 seemed a bit high: I had to have a line cleared in another home about a year and a half ago and it cost $109 back then (different company/different state). The tech ran the snake all the way out and cleared the obstruction and ran plenty of water to ensure it was clear. These guys responded promptly and the tech was courteous got the job done. Again, the price seemed a bit steep, but I would more than likely use these guys again.

Called them right after opening time for a kitchen sink line that had clogged night before, on Christmas Day. I don't think it was even 10 minutes elapsed before the owner and a helper were at the door. They promptly removed the trap under the sink and routed the line several times to ensure it was running okay. It was very clogged, and had been draining poorly since I had bought the place a year ago. The line has worked good ever since they worked on it.

The basement was backing water up in it. They came right out and cleaned out roots that were plugging the pipe.

These guys came in and snaked the sewer lines on several occasions. They recommended we put a camera down the pipe. I am glad they did as we saw our sewer line was collapsing in several places. They then made a great recommendation on a company that could replace the line.

The people from King George were very professional. They called before they came over to ensure that I was home to receive the service call. They came when they said they would be here. They we extremely polite, courtesy, and prompt to go to work. They did a quick survey of the work and asked a few precursor questions to see if there was more to the problem. I really appreciate them taking the time to see if there was more wrong then what the initial call was about. They spent about an hour and half cleaning the main line drain. The cost is comparable to other service provider; however, I was more than happy to pay that because the did a really good job. My go to plumber for all my plumbing problems.

We discovered water backing up in our basement from a floor drain I called King Georges Royal Flush the next morning a little before 8 a.m. and left a message on their voicemail. I got a call back within 5 minutes, they said someone could be out before 10:30, they were actually there before 9 and had the drain snaked and cleared within 15 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Everything was fine. There was quite a lot of work done, so this was accomplished over the span of two or three days.

When I first called, Ralph explained the cost and the access they needed. We arranged a time and he promised to call first. Right on schedule, he showed up and first mad esure where the sprinklers were so he would not damage them. He pumped out the system, all the while educating me about sewer issues and how to avoid problems. Ralph was great. He treated me with great courtesy, took the time to answer all my questions, and was open and honest with me.

Overall, this was a positive experience. The serviceman came soon after we called, was punctual, professional, and did a good job. We had this company once in an emergency situation and were pleased with the response and the work.

We called them on a Saturday morning first thing and they were over within an hour. They came in because our toilet and tub were not draining and our washing machine was backdraining into our tub. They snaked the drains and left when they drained again. Later on that day the problem started up again. They came back within about 30 minutes after we called them and did it again. They did not charge us for this trip. Then a week later they had to come back again because they had not gotten all of the roots out. They brought a heavier duty snake blade and did it again. Again we were not charged for this last trip. And we haven't had a problem since.
