Johnson Brothers Inc

When ordering the custom exterior doors I was told they would arrive in three weeks for 3 of the doors and 5 weeks for the one fire door. After waiting three weeks I had not received a phone call letting me know my doors had come in. When I called Johnson Brothers and asked about my doors I was told it would be another week for them to come in. After waiting another week and again no phone call from them i went into Johnson Brothers and asked in person about the doors. I was told again it would be just one more week for the doors to be finished and shipped to their location. This process went on like this for another two weeks with no phone call from them notifying me know what the status was on the doors. On the seventh wee after ordering the doors I went to Johnson Brothers store again asking about my doors and what was taking so long. I was told my doors were stuck in Kansas do to a broken down truck. This was about 3:30 pm when i was told this. I told the sells man I would like a refund of the deposit and I would be going somewhere else for my doors. The sells man convinced me to wait a little longer and sure enough at 9:00 am the next morning I got a call saying all my doors had arrived. After finally getting the doors it took the installer one full week to install them. The installer was very late getting started every day and did a no show on one of the days. When I asked him what happened on the no show day he mentioned he had a couple of things at his sons high school he had to take care of. He didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call letting me know he wasn't going to show up. I actually had to call him every morning and motivate him to finish. He was very very unprofessional.
