+ -1 moreJeremy was honest, well prepared, and very sensitive to the situation at hand. He performed all duties as requested, and it was convenient to be able to pay over the phone with a credit card. He then emailed us a receipt as promised. He stated that he also works weekends if needed. In the following year, Feb. 2013, we had problems with one of the locks. He went back out to the home and fixed the lock at no charge! I hope this honest assessment of JD's Lock and Key will bring him more and more business because he deserves it! Call Jeremy if you need this service. You won't be disappointed!
Description of Work: We contacted Jeremy about going out to our property and changing the locks as we had to evict some tenants. Jeremy took down all of the information, quoted us a price, and waited for our call to go out and do the job. Being that we lived over 2,000 miles away, we were able to put all of our trust in JD's and felt confident that he would do the job as requested. He re-keyed all of the locks and made sure the house was secure before he left the property. We had never thought about this, but under the circumstances, Jeremy went the extra mile to ensure that the property was secure and protected. What a relief! Thank you!
