We hired Home Pro after having a roofing company from Pocatello come and nearly destroy our patio roof and some of the siding on our house. Then we hired a handyman business to come over and fix and finishâ ¦that was not a good experience either! They did more arguing and fighting than they did work! Thank Goodness we found Home Pro and hired them so the phrase â third timeâ s a charmâ is true! Home Pro saved us from a nervous breakdown! They came finished the roof correctly, quickly and very neat! We highly recommend this company for your roofing needs! Thank you so much!

Austin and his team were great on the roof. Just don't use then for a remodel Janice will run up your expenses then stall and cancel and take a year on a small basement remodel, charge you 165k and then walk off the job...

They came in the middle of the night to repair a leak in the roof. It was successfully repaired. They do good work.

Both bathrooms turned out beautiful, new paint, vanities, fixtures, etc. The master bathroom needed re-texturing, it turned out really nice. The second bathroom John matched the texture in areas that needed it to a T. Looks fabulous cannot tell where the new texture and old texture met. We had a cabinet made to put in place of where an old shower was, there is more storage everything functions nicely. Bathrooms are light and airy now. Also hired Austin and guys to correctly put OSB on carport and relay the metal roofing. They were very efficient on getting the job done. The family (those that were met) were very nice, I would hire them again in a heartbeat as they are truly pros and communicate on what is going to happen and very fair pricing on the jobs they do, no hidden fees like we encountered in past from another contractor. They did a fabulous job!

The representative came by and gave an estimate, the e-mail estimate they later sent was $100 higher. I decided to hire them to install the washer/dryer platform and remove carpet from the laundry area and replace with linoleum I had on hand. When they came to do the work they advised they weren't told about the carpet removal/linoleum installation. Yes, I should have refused the work then, but the washer/dryer was already in the hall. At the end of the day, the carpet was not replaced with the linoleum and the price I was quoted for the complete work is what I was charged. A couple of months later the plywood under the washer was bowing. I contacted HomePro and they agreed to fix the platform, however, it took several message conversations, with much resistance, before they finally agreed to take up the carpet an replace with the linoleum as I had originally requested and had paid for. They did finally complete the job as quoted, however, the attitude of the worker was poor and it ultimately took months to have the full job completed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were very prompt in getting the tree removal accomplished. They were so professional and friendly. The best part was the cost. It was extremely reasonable. We would definitely hire them, again!!

Justin and Austin were awesome to work with when we had our roof repaired and shingled. They kept us informed of any changes throughout the roofing process. If they were going to be late, they let us know (a very appreciated quality. They have excellent work ethics and are very polite. They worked with our insurance company on any changes. When they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up. We highly recommend their company to anyone who needs work done on their home.

I hired Home Pro to shovel my walks and they did a fabulous job. I have a really long driveway and no where to pile snow next to the driveway so it has to be shoveled clear to the end and it was done each time and looked excellent! I also hired them to shingle the roof over my deck as it had an old metal roof and they did it the first part of November and were prompt and efficient and the price was the best part. I highly recommend them !

I hired them to spray for hobo spiders at my house. I was told they would schedule me 30 days after the initial treatment to do another treatment to interrupt the hatching cycle. Didn't hear from them so I had to call to schedule it. It was 60+ days before they got to me for the "30 day" treatment. Was supposed to have another treatment 90 days after that but they passed me on to another company when I left a message to see when the 90 day treatment could be taken care of. A phone call to let me know I was being passed off would have made the ratings a little higher, however, they left it up to Gem State Pest Solutions to call me and let me know that HomePro would no longer be handling my pest spraying. It was handled very unprofessionally in my opinion. The tech that did do the 2 sprayings was quite professional but the customer service is severely lacking. If you tell someone you will schedule them, then schedule them. If you no longer wish to service the account, call and let the home owner know, don't leave it up to a different company to communicate that information.

Justin did a great job installing an automatic gate opener for our very large front gate. He did an excellent job, and we are looking forward to having him do more projects for us.

Very nice young man named Justin did some drywall repair for us. He was on time and did an excellent job.

Justin removed and older wooden fence gate, and assembled and installed a new lightweight ABS gate and all-weather latch system. He took to time to understand our needs for the gate and did some extra work stabilizing the existing wooden posts. Very happy with the results! Lance & Kay Paxton

I would say don’t underestimate them, there not the biggest co but do quality work and did a good job for me
