+ -1 moreThey coordinated it with the people who were putting in the tile, and it worked out really well. Usually they are good, but this one time I had a bad experience, they were kind of in a hurry. They deal with high quality stuff, so I am used to their price being higher. If they can't come right away, they let me know, and they are pretty good with that.
Description of Work: I use Holeshot Plumbing. I had to put new tile around my bathtub, and so they had to come in and put in the shower for me, and another faucet.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time we have called them. the first time they just put a tube from the water softener back into it's drain pipe. they did not even charge for it. (One of them is friends with my brother). This time we had no drains in the house. turned out that there was a clog between the house and street which made it necessary to dig up the pipe between the house and street and replace the pipe, unfortunately a very large, expensive repair. They got the work done very quickly with the least possible damage to the front yard. Most other contractors would have been much less careful digging up the pipe and made much more of a mess. Many others would have forced her to replace the sewer pipe all the way to the main sewer line in the middle of the street, making it a much bigger, more expensive job. This was not an inexpensive repair, but it was necessary. My mother could have been taken advantage of by making the job bigger than it needed to be or dragging it out. Most would not have done the job as neatly as it was done. Kudos to these guys. I hope they get all the work they want.
Description of Work: Sewer pipe was clogged between house and street. They cleared the plug after having to dig up the pipe under the front yard.

+ -1 moreStill looking for someone to redo a portion of the project properly. They fixed the leak but paid for a shut off that doesn't actuall shut off all water supply. They had to come back twice. I was at work. Had a neighbor let them in because after leaving me with no running water to my bathroom told me they were by my house and if they can't come in to fix it right now it would be tomorrow. Upon arriving home the shut off did not work properly. Left them a message regarding my level of satisfaction. Asked for a partial refund. Got a call back but not interested in continuing business as the technician had no time to listen to my issues with the work, nor did he return my call as promised. At this point I have not seen a refund nor will I have them come back out. I did like they gave me a solid quote over the phone for the work to be done.

Description of Work: This was about the 4th time I have used Holeshot. They do all types of commercial work but aren't too big to do residential work. I have never had to wait longer than 1 day for them to come out and help me. Most recent visit was because of volcanic sand in all my lines in the kitchen. I live in an area in Idaho that is built in most places on lava and everytime you turn the main water off you get lava sand and small lava bits in your plumbing lines. This resulted in not only my lines to a almost new expensive faucet being filled, but in the faucet being ruined. I also had sand in my garbage disposal and my dishwasher lines. They could'nt do anything about the dishwasher but were able to recommend an appliance repairman to help me (his charge was only 99.00). The other thing they did was call the faucet manufacturer and talk them into giving me a new faucet free. They have several companies they deal with so if you need other services in conjuction with theirs you can be sure they will have someone to help you. Holeshot is bonded, clean and respectful of your home and have reasonable prices. For example, I live in a almost 40 year old dble wide mobile home. They kept me going on a fix here and a fix there for about 2 years and finally told me I needed to have my plumbing replaced. Of course all I could see was $$ and was pleasantly surprised to only be charged 1300.00 for labor, parts and taxes. I will never use another plumbing company as long as Holeshot is in business.

Description of Work: I use Holeshot Plumbing for their plumbing services. I lasted used them to repair a kitchen faucet and put in a new one. He also put in a new toilet, shower head, and a new water heater.

+ 0 moreThe price was higher than what I wanted to pay. That was my only dislike. They were really responsive. They had great customer service. I called them because I was gonna have them look at my garbage disposal. They actually were able to help me on the phone and save me money.

+ -1 moreI have used Holeshot on several occasions and they have made a believer out of me. They have replaced frozen pipes, fixed leaks and eventually replaced all the pipes under my older double wide moble home which save me a lot of money in the long run. My last project was replacing a faucet in my kitchen. Sounds simple but in order to do this they told me I needed to replace the countertop which was rotten under the old faucet. In the end, they very nicely made it clear that they would'nt replace the faucet unless the counter top was replaced as I would'nt be happy and down the road I would still have to replace the countertop. They have a list of companies they recommend and were more than happy to coordinate the other companies who had to be involved. KVO Cabinets put the new countertop in, Sublime Construction re-tiled the countertop and finished the backsplash and you would have thought I was a large project instead a simple faucet replacement. Cost was as follows: Holeshot 272 to install the faucet (which I had already purchased) and replace and install a new sink, KVO Cabinets 150.00 to put new countertop in and Sublime Const. 170.00 to retile the countertop and finish the backsplash. All companies involved acted very professionally and their costs were surprisingly low. Try them, and I am sure you will pleasantly surprised.
Description of Work: Do expect them to be on time. If Holeshot gives you an 8:00 start time, they mean 8:00. In fact a couple of times they were actually early. Don't expect them to cut corners. They will if you insist, but they prefer to do the job right. Don't think your project is too small, they make you feel your project is important no matter the size.
