+ -1 moreThe tech. was named Will and he came and responded directly after we had made the call. We are renters in the house so we were very frantic. Will worked with us and was very kind. He even went over numbers with us to find what we would be paying out of pocket. Our landlords had another company they worked with so he didnt have to do any of the work. He had to spoke to his supervisor and worked with us on the service call :) He was very professional and gracious :)

+ -1 moreWe had extensive pet urine stains and Henderson pretreated all the areas affected. The Serviceman checked the whole house with a black light and marked all pet stains. He told us that the pretreatment would lift odor from the carpet. He explained the nature of urine odor and how the pretreatment would neutralized the salt content of the urine stains and odor. He cleaned 3 area rugs and did not charge us for them. I will call them next year to clean again, because we still have our adorable Yorkies that seem to think certain areas of the house is their bathroom.
Description of Work: Henderson Cleaned all the carpet in our home. Upstairs and downstairs and the stairs. I was very happy with the outcome.
