HALLCO HEATING & SHEET METAL

After price shopping for several weeks I called Hallco and got a price. Not only were they the best priced they were also able to fit my install in to their schedule in the dead of summer and have my unit up and running within 3 days. On the day of install the owner called me and informed me that the unit i ordered was not shipped to the warehouse. I thought that I was going to have to wait longer to get my AC put in, but then Ken (the owner) told me that he would get me the upgraded unit with a heat pump included for fall heating for the exact same price and would have it in as scheduled. Now to the reason for the review. Fast forward to Sept. 25th and it was cold and as i left for work at 4 am i kicked on the heat. when I got home about 8 pm. No heat. I called Hallco and left a message. Ken called me back within 5 minutes and helped troubleshoot the problem over the phone and get heating back on. Hallco has been awesome, during install and after with any questions that I have had or help I have needed. They take customer service to the highest level.
