 + -1 moreSuper, I really feel this shop cares about customer service. They also check my cabin filter, which I did not know the pickup had. It needed to be replaced and let me know. In fact I have never seen a filter so dirty and plugged up with pine needles. Funny thing, I have had the vehicle into the dealership several times in the 12 years i have owned it and they never mention the need of changing, nor did they ever check it. I am very impressed, think I have found a local shop for my automotive needs. Thanks Casey.

 + -1 moreThe truck is still in the shop and they are unable to find out how to start it. I do not believe they actually know how. The Audi had its transmission replaced but the mechanics did not test the transmission properly nor did they fill it with the correct amount of fluid. (It was only half full when it left the shop.) The work was overpriced at best which was confirmed after taking it to another shop for further repairs.
Description of Work: 2 vehicles were involved. A Ford diesel truck was the first for an apparent oil cooler leak. Work was performed and payment was made. However, the shop was unable to get the truck to start. Now, over 7 months later, the vehicle still doesn't work. 2nd vehicle was an Audi A6. Transmission was out and a used replacement was found by me. The shop was asked to install the used transmission.

Description of Work: I have been to this shop several times. They are professional, timely, and have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty. They have worked me in on a rush basis and taken pictures of trouble spots so that I could understand the item really needed repaired and that they weren't suggesting unnecessary work. The only down side to the place is the cost - they are good and they know it, so don't expect to be walking away with a tiny bill.
