Description of Work: He changed the plumbing under our sink and he also connected to an underground water line.

 + -1 moreHe called me to schedule for a different day, and we decided on a different day and he never showed up, did not call, and my faucet still is not replaced.....I even made arrangements for both calls by taking 2 days off of work!N!N!!N
Description of Work: I called to make arrangements for an outdoor faucet replacement, we did have an arranged time.

 + -1 moreHe came by upon my request and looked at what was wrong and provided me with a written estimate. He set the appointment within a few days of my call to come do the work, showed up, got the work done, actually did a few extra things he saw that needed to be fixed and made efforts to keep it low cost foe me. I felt like the work Darrel did for me and my family improved our lives. It took me a little time to save the funds to do this and living itch that water pressure in the kitchen... Less than ideal! I swear the day he came felt like Christmas and I was calling him Santa!
Description of Work: Various plumbing jobs throughout the house: both hot and cold faucets were repaired in the upstairs bathroom and replaced in the tub, all guts and valves replaced on toilet, S-pipe and new shower head installed, kitchen faucet was totally clogged with lime and the water pressure had slowed to a trickle and water was leaking under sink; that was all cleared of lime and repaired, a toilet in downstairs bath was replaced, and he looked at the washer to tell me what was wrong w/ it.

 + -1 moreAlways friendly and comes when called. Price seemed fair compared to other bids. Would continue to use Darrell.
Description of Work: Reworked basement plumbing, moved basement drains, installed shower and toilet. He worked on problems in laundry room. Darrell replaced all plumbing in kitchen, moved water lines, ran water to new area for ice maker, He replaced toilet, installed new tub and shower, and installed new sink in upstairs bath.

 + -1 moreNot impressed. Missed scheduled appointment. I ended up doing almost all the work myself. He showed up for the last 20 percent but still charged as if he did all the work. Frankly, I will look for a more reliable and honest plumber here in IF.
