Description of Work: I called for a dryer repair - twice. Left message on machine was never called back. Another phone number is given on the answering machine but I could not understand all of it. Very disappointed.

+ -1 moreHe was great. Answered a call on a Sunday. Was timely. Went straight to work and coincidentally had the part to fix it with him. Also had him assess another issue and he'll be fixing that soon.

+ -1 moreHe came and looked at the refrigerator and charged us $75 for coming and seeing it. He said there was nothing he could do for it. My husband was not very impressed with that. Here in Idaho refrigerators are not meant to be in the garage. We had to have warmer. He gave us good information on what we had to do if we wanted to keep a refrigerator in the garage. He showed up when he was supposed to. He even suggested that we could keep our refrigerator in the basement. He was knowledgeable as to what can be kept exposed. We had no idea that we could not keep stuff in the garage. So as far as that was concerned he knew the area.
Description of Work: We had Bruce's Appliance & Repair to give us an estimate to repair our beer refrigerator that is in the garage.
