BLUE RIBBON CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: Mr Jay Hayes of Blue Ribbon Construction is one of the nicest and sharpest gentlemen I have had the pleasure to meet. He helped me build a new commercial building for my Physical Therapy Office. The building is 8000 sqft and has a large swimming pool and a partial basement. He completed the whole project in 5 moths and 3 days. The appraiser was dumbfounded when he came to look at the completed project. Not only did Jay save me approximately 500 Thousand dollars from what another contractor bid, but he helped increase the final appraised value of my building by over 100 Thousand dollars above construction cost. He is very cooperative and pleasant. A pleasure to work with and not in the least arrogant. He offered many suggestions to help cut costs or improve the beauty of the final project. Each and everyone of his subcontractors were also very courteous and helpful. They know what he expects if they want to continue to work with him. If there was a problem, he didn't complain, he just went in and fixed it. He has built a number of very nice homes and has helped as a subcontractor him self on a number of office buildings. This is the first full commercial medical building he has completed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He will be building my next new home. If I were to ever build another clinic, Jay Hayes of Blue Ribbon construction will build it.
