I hired Brian Thompson to help me sell my home. He has years of experience, an in depth knowledge of the area and market, and is fun to work with. When you partner with him, you can count on being kept informed throughout the process, and having someone who is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns you might have. Brian made some suggestions for preparing the property for sale, which I followed. The property was listed on Friday and sold on the following Friday at full asking price. Excellent! We made two trips to look for our new home. This being our 9th move, we are pretty experienced at shopping for homes. We called Brian in advance of our first trip and gave him the shopping list and price range and made an appointment to meet him. On our first trip, Brian took us to a lot of homes all over the valley to show us the area, Schools, the types of construction and how our budget could work for us. On our second visit, we had refined the list and again looked at about 20 homes. After three days we had it boiled down to a couple of homes but they were just ok; we weren't excited. Un-beknown to us, homes are not held open or shown here on Sundays, but Brian found several empty homes for us to see anyway. As it turned out, we found the perfect home late on a Sunday night! We were ecstatic and wrote the offer on the spot! Brian was concerned with our mortgage provider (Wells Fargo) as they are a very large bank and with all of the new regulations, we found out that he was absolutely right! He suggested that we switch to Iberia Mortgage and everything went smooth from there! Brian followed up on every detail and handled the inspection and followed up on some minor work that needed to be complete on our behalf. He went way above and beyond! After nine moves Brian is among the most professional realtors that we've ever dealt with! 5 Stars!
