They worked well. I'm impressed how clean that got my stove! They did forget the microwave but I know they were trying to keep to a time. Just would have appreciated a " this is what we got done". Before they left. All said and done though it was still a huge help!

I absolutely Basic Necessities! They are friendly, professional (but still personable), and they are in and out in no time. In the past, I have hired serviced that were in my home all day and the team at Basic Necessities gets the same amount of work done in just a few hours! I love cleaning day!

At first it looked good but as i spent more time I keep finding places i expected to be cleaned they didnt touch . Ex. Top of cabinets didnt get touched. Bath tile didnt get cleaned as well as expected.

Great! They come every other week for an hour, usually. They do a great job cleaning and are willing to tackle other cleaning projects as needed.

Amazing! The ladies came over before hand to do a walk through on my home. We had open communication and discussed concerns. We set up the initial deep clean appointment. Three ladies came and were done within a couple hours. Quality was great (I’m very fussy about my cleaning)! Price was reasonable for what I was asking to be done. They will be coming back!

Great job. We are a biweekly clean and always have great service. Products used aren't cheap generics. They treat our home like there own.

I had called on short notice and they were completely booked. I had company coming into town and really wanted it done within a few days. The owner worked her schedule to allow 3 hours of cleaning at my home. She showed up a little bit late, but as soon as she walked in the door she worked her tail off to get as much done as possible in those 3 hours. I was very impressed with the service and the effort that she put in to make my home better. I would highly recommend and have already set up my next appointment.

Did an excellent job dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom. She even got a stubborn stain out that I have been working on for a long time on my kitchen floor. Made coming home from a long trip with my messy husband and dogs being there alone for the past six months a lot easier with the house being cleaned so well.

The provider initially contacted me regarding specific tasks. I had purchased 6 hours of cleaning via a coupon. They quoted 4 hours for a kitchen, and an hour each for bathrooms. I initially directed 2 bathrooms and a kitchen be cleaned. The provider then requested 4 additional hours for the rest of the house at $35/hr. I agreed. Overall, the final product was adequate, and the provider did end up working some over-time at no extra fee. The provider was unable to provide an electronic or printed invoice, which was a minor inconvenience.

Basic Necessities did a wonderful job deep cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. Looking forward to their next visit and a continuing relationship with this business. They are very pleasant and professional and I will definitely recommend their service.

Two cleaners came out, one of which was the owner. They were on time, polite, and worked hard.

What seemed to be a secondary cleaner was sent to my home to provide an initial cleaning service. I went to meet her but she was late so I went back to work. I came home 4 hours later and she was gone. I didn't think anything of it until I noticed poor workmanship. I had asked for the blinds to be dusted in which several were not, and others looked to have a cursory swipe. The kitchen floor was not cleaned at all. The toilets and bathroom sinks were satisfactory. The TV was tuned to the home shopping network but TV wires were connected in wrong locations. It took a while to figure out why the TV would not work. Naturally I wonder if she sat and watched TV. I was over charged by at least a full hour and was also charged a higher rate than initially offered. I was able to negotiate the initial rate at 4 hours. For a service company providing and initial cleaning service and a chance to gain a new customer, the work was shoddy and unprofessional. They offered to come back and make it right but I was too disgusted to let them.

Basic Necessities has been cleaning our home for about half a year. We have them come twice a month. We love that they have a 'green cleaning' option since we have 3 dogs and a cat. This puts our mind at ease that we can have a clean house without the use of potentially harmful cleaning products. They have always done a great job and are very thorough. They also accommodate our busy schedule and are flexible when we have required it. They are friendly, professional and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I was put in touch with this service through a friend and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were punctual and wasted no time. As soon as I opened the door we did a quick walk-through and they immediately started cleaning. I take pretty good care of my apartment but they moved and cleaned EVERYTHING! I feel that the price was more than fair for the work that was put into my place. They were professional, courteous, and very thorough. I highly recommend Basic Necessities!
