All American was a life saver. They responded to our call the day after the flood. There were many people in the area that flooded, but they showed up the same day we called. From that point on, they were amazing. They had people over to take all the mud and grime out of our basement, and to brace up the house, as our foundation was washed away. This was a nightmare. The company did not perform all the services contracted. They billed for items not done and some services that the previous company had completed. We could never get an itemized billing but did receive invoices in units. The biggest laugh at the invoices was the charges for removing the toilet from the kitchen. We had to hire an attorney and the insurance offered a settlement that far exceeded the actual work performed. It took 8 years to get out from under the invoices that continued to arrive even after all correspondence was supposed to go to the attorney. Not once did the company comply with the appropriate paperwork requested to itemize each service and its cost.The insurance company send a check to the attorney with a final amount they wanted to pay. It wasn't until the company was informed that the check would be void and no payment settlement would be offered that they took the check. This was a nightmare I hope no one else has to go through.

All American Cleaning's employee gave an estimated price of $ 540 for the job. When I called them they told me the complete job would be well below $2000.00 More in the $ 1500 range, but they had not completed the billing. They did not relay or clean the carpet at my request. when they informed me that would cost $ 600.00. When I received the Bill of $2146.78 I tried to contact All American Cleaning about the bill and they informed me that I had agreeded to the amount of the bill At $ 2146.78 per there notes. When i asked for a full accounting of there billing. They sent a list of items ( example) 1. Emergency service call- after business hours 1.00 ea. They would not receive or return any calls afterword.
