+ -1 moreThe door was removed from the track. The rear seal had come out of the door and pipe dope was applied to the door to reattach. A lighter was used to heat the seal, but pipe dope is flammable and it caught on fire instead of sealing. The end result was that the tape used will not allow the door to close or the door to lock. I paid $120.00 in cash for this work.

+ -1 moreHe started to remount the TV on December 12th and Matthew Wagoner left it unsecured on the wall. The TV was loose on the wall. I paid him through Venmo $100 for the service and $20 for the parts he was going to buy. $120.00 all together. He said he would be back on Friday (tomorrow). I sent him a text the following day and told him if he could come out sooner because I was afraid the TV would wall off the wall. He said he would see if he could come out sooner to complete the job. I asked if I could get the $100 back and he could keep the $20 since I had found an actual professional to mount my TV on the wall. I never heard back from him.
