 + -1 moreI was originally happy with his work until he refused to finish the job. He also advised us to use Durocher under the tiling we intended on doing and this posed a problem because the wall was too thick to install the shower parts.
Description of Work: Plumber came and did some rep lumping for a bathroom remodel. He tore out the existing tub replaced pipes and put in an extension for a shower. A month later when we needed the shower and faucet installed he said it would cost too much for him to come and finish it. He stated that he called the parts we would need into a local plumbing store. We went to the plumbing store and they never received the call. We tried calling this plumber back three times and he has never called us back. We ended up hiring another company to help us and were charged $800 more to finish the job this plumber started.

We had used Brett at A Pro Plumbing for service and repair projects at our old home and knew he would do just as good of a job for finishing our basement bathroom. He prepared the bathroom (rough-in) and then helped us order all the fixtures we wanted for a very competitive price. He installed (trimmed-out) everything in a timely fashion and eased the frustration of having to work around many workers' schedules that comes with finishing a basement. Brett was professional, kind, and informative. He is our go-to-guy for all our Plumbing needs. Thanks Brett!

Understanding the urgency, he came right away and replaced both of the hose bibs for an excellent price. We appreciated his friendliness and quick response!
