A Plus RL Plumbing

We purchased a house that, unknown to us, had several plumbing issues. Upstairs bath tub and shower both had serious leakage problems and the main water line running back to the mechanical area sprung a leak. Evidence of previous patches were seen, former owners just put band aids on the problem areas rather than properly addressing the various issues. Richard was very responsive and worked us into his schedule while he was quite busy, We would highly recommend him. Quality of work was great & price was very fair. We will call him back when it comes time to complete the partially finished bath in the basement, where he has already temporarily installed our vanity & sink, and reset the leaking toilet (another leak). While we were not at all happy that these pluming problems were passed along to us from the previous owner, on the bright side we will have two updated bathrooms to enjoy now rather than a few years down the road when we got to it. They were no doubt the height of style in 1978 but by current standards were quite hideous. Best of all, no leaks!

This plumber had previously installed a new dishwasher for me that required him to go"the extra mile." When our existing kitchen faucet began leaking my wife wanted a new design. We bought the fixture at Home depot and called A+. He arrived at the agreed upon time, completed the installation, cleaned up exceptionally well, checked repeatedly for leaks, and charged the quoted price. We'll call again when a plumber is needed.

He came and looked at what needed to be fixed for free. He did not charge me until he actually fixed something.

Made appointment on the phone for "between 9:00 and 10:00" on a date some 4 days out, which worked fine for us. Came exactly on time at 8:00. Had old water heater disconnected and removed within 10 minutes! New unit was installed and heating water within 30 minutes of arrival on the job! Price was excellent, and exactly what was quoted on the phone. Very clean and professional. This plumber receives our highest recommendation.

Mr. Lidyard was very professional. He arrived right on time, gave me a bid for the job and completed the job at the agreed upon price. I really appreciated Mr. Lidyard's help as I live out of state and needed help for an elderly family member.
