About us

Dirty Deeds IC is a woman owned business offering handywoman/handyman as well as residential and commercial cleaning services. Currently, owner operated with two part-time independent contractors on call. Payment is expected at the time of job completion for small jobs (one day or less). Large jobs (more than one day) require half payment up front with the balance due at the time of completion. We accept checks, cash or Paypal. No special promotions at this time, but they are listed on the Dirty Deeds IC Facebook page when there is one.

Dirty Deeds IC offers residential and commercial cleaning services; window washing (one and two story), house sitting with or without pets and plants; yard work, interior painting, small drywall jobs, texturing, wash/stain/paint porches, decks and fencing; small construction clean-up; simple household repairs, wood splitting and stacking; insulation installation, interior doors, and more...just ask!

Services we don't offer

We are not yet qualified for plumbing nor electrical jobs. We are not yet adequately manned to perform high-rise window washing, high-ceiling drywall jobs, exterior painting, large construction jobs such as additions, roofing or foundation/basement projects.

It is important to be very specific about what is expected when having someone clean your home.
Description of Work: Lisa has been cleaning my home for over a year. She does a great job at an affordable price and is very flexible on her schedule. I would recommend her to others looking for housecleaning services.
