+ -1 moreVince's inspection of our soon-to-be new home seemed fine. Mainly minor fixes that were remedies by the seller. However, five weeks after the inspection and three weeks after closing, we had to REPLACE THE FURNACE. Over $9000!!!!! This after Vince told me that he considers furnaces his "speciality". There has been no remedy from Vince. The free home warranty that he provides provided us NOTHING! Vince has proven scarce, been relatively non-communicative and has not even offered to refund the price of the inspection. BEWARE, FIND A DIFFERENT INSPECTOR!
