True North Satellite

Initially I had a tech from this company come out to install an antenna for Direct TV. That would have been fine, except that then Direct TV told me it was the the wrong kind of dish. Whether or not that was true, I decided to switch to Dish and called the tech that had installed the dish to arrange that. He said he would have True North call me. They didn't. I called twice yesterday and once this morning and left messages but never got a return phone call.

The person that took the order was outstanding. She explained the process very well. The technician showed up on time and was very professional in his manner and dress. He was someone I woiuld trust to come into my home and do an excelllent job. He really knows what he is talking about and did not try to sell me extra things I cannot use.

This company was very thorough, they made sure i understood all charges before proceeding. They are also going to notify me before any changes occur to my bill. The tech was on time, clean cut and professional. He made explain what he needed to do and where he need to put the equipment. He made sure it was okay with me before he did anything. He hid the satellite dish, so that it wasn't visible from the street and I can still get snow off of it. I was nervous about seeing ugly cables hanging on my house, but did a very good job hiding them. He didn't rearrange the way I have stereo and dvd hooked up (I've had that happen before and it is frustrating). He explained and showed me how to work everything in detail. The best part is He gave me his number, in case I have any issues, and that if I needed help it would be him that came back.
