I would give them 10 stars if I could. From start to finish, their customer service was fantastic. The estimator was on time and he made some great design suggestions. The estimate was very reasonable and considerably below the others I received. Calls were returned, proposals sent and the work scheduled quickly and professionally. The crew showed up right on time, finished on time, and every one of them were friendly, personable and efficient. The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations and we have a beautiful, perfect walkway. Without a doubt, Sterling Concrete provided the best experience I've ever had with a contractor (and I've had more than I can count!) Hiring them will be the best decision you ever made!

My wife got estimates from two contractors through Home Advisor. Sterling was more prompt and professional than the other contractor and came in with a bid almost $1,000 under the other contractor. Once we signed the contract the job was scheduled for a couple of days later. They showed up early, discussed the job with my wife, went about the job in a very efficient manner, finished ahead of schedule and did a beautiful job. We were both pleased with the work and highly recommend Sterling to anyone who wants a quality job done by a really nice crew. My wife and I are DIYers and really appreciate quality work. In addition, my wife was in charge of a huge relocation project in Southern California a few years back; she dealt with dozens of contractors and customers, so she knows a good contractor when she sees one! The workers were fantastic! Courtney and the others had fantastic personalities, they were hard workers, and were a delight to have around! They showed up on time if not even a little early and completed the job very well.

The entire group of guys were very polite and friendly. No loud music, no foul mouths, hard working and willing to please.

Did very poor job on clean up, splattered concrete on siding, windows, shrubs and grass did not even try to clean it up. Had to spend the evening cleaning up everything myself. Before the work kept saying you will never know we were here, YAH RIGHT!! Looks like Ill probably need to replace shrubs..

Having concrete done? Hire this company.We doubled the size of our back patio and added concrete stairs.From the initial contact through the final touches this has been by far the most stress free work we have had done on our home. Sod was removed as well as the old patio and the forms we're set on day one,two days we're required secondary to our sometimes unpredictable Idaho weather. The team showed up ready to work and were polite and professional. The work was done perfectly and their rates were lower than some of the other bids received. Sadly,they only do concrete as flooring and carpets are next on the list.

Joshua gave me a bid, called when they ran into an issue but he had already noted it as a potential issue once they started the project. Still, I appreciated the call. The project manager was extremely polite and his crew did a fine job of cleaning up after the project was complete. I would hire them again without hesitation.
