+ -1 moreIt went GREAT! Talk about professionalism! This was the second time I used them. As with the first, two people showed up, one the leader and the other the helper. Both wore a casual uniform that was clean, pressed and flattering. They first asked for the specifics of what I needed and then they made sure all surfaces were protected from the hose they brought in. They paid special attention to heavy traffic areas, made efficient use of the time involved, and were extremely polite and informative. Stanley Steemer gets five stars from me! Thanks for reminding me it's time to call them back!

+ -1 moreI mainly hated the hard core sell for more services (stain proof carpet covering) and products while they were here. They would not accept NO for an answer. Finally I told them I would buy a product, but with the money I had set aside for their tip. That made them stop pushing. I will never hire Stanley Steemer again. They did not leave a receipt, so I have no names.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned carpets in small one story house. Did not move couch, TV, or beds.

Description of Work: While painting my sons bedroom I spilled a tray of blue paint on the tan carpet. I scraped up as much as I could while my wife called Stanley Steemer. I put a wet towel on the paint to keep it from drying and Stanley Steemer was at the house within two hour on a Saturday. They did a great job and you can't even tell that paint was spilled.
