Strange. When I called Senske, the gentleman was very nice and very helpful. He set up the pest control appointment ASAP, with a 25% discount which I mentioned I had seen on their Web site (although he told me it didn't apply to one-time service but it doesn't say that on their Web site...). I asked about lawn care and he scheduled for someone to come out and look and give an cost. All good. The pest control guy came out for the $89 service and said we had carpenter ants (which we did) and that service was $225, but he gave me the 25% discount on that, and indeed the treatment was very effective right away, so I was happy with that. Then the guy came to estimate the lawn care and informed me that they really only do lawn care and snow removal for commercial businesses and not residential. Ok, but nowhere in their advertising does it say that - not on this site or on their web site, so I'm not sure what the deal is with that.

First off, I had scheduled an appointment at 4:00 pm on a Monday. Monday at 4:00 pm came and the Estimator did not show. Called the company at 5:00 pm and was told that the rep put in the system that he had called multiple times and left a voice mail that he was not able to make it. I was home all day and I had no missed calls or voice mails. I rescheduled with the company for another day at 4:00 pm. Once again, 4:00 pm came and went and no sign or call from the Estimator. Called the company again and this time I was put on the line with the Regional Manager out of Hayden. We rescheduled a third time and the manager stated that if the Estimator did not come then he would personally come out to give an estimate. He also stated that he would give me a 20% discount on my services due to all the hassle. The Estimator finally came the 3rd time. I had requested that he call to verify that he was coming and he did not call. He just showed up. He gave an estimate and lots of excuses on why he did not make it the past 2 times and why he had told the company that he tried calling me and had left a voice mail. He stated that he must have had the wrong number. He told me that his spray truck could be out to my place the next week (had already taken 2 weeks to get the estimate). The quote that I had received was for $550 and with the 20% discount it would have been $440. I called the secretary and offered to pay $400. She stated that she did not think that would be a problem and that she would forward that on to her boss and have him call me. Another week went by and I had still not received a call or anything so I called back and talked again to the secretary. The boss called me back within 15 minutes and told me that they could not provide the service as I was too far from Coeur D Alene. Not sure how this could be possible since they knew exactly where I was located before they even provided the estimate. The boss had even stated in a conversation that the Estimator had put in my location on the GPS aerial location system that they use. I asked the boss why they could not provide the service when everyone knew where I was located and the estimator had even been out, all he could say was that they do not go past Harrison. I know other people from Saint Maries that receive services from this company. The boss no longer wanted to offer the 20% discount so he instead gave a flimsy excuse - just like his Estimator. I do not recommend this company.

The experience has been great. They are responsive to our requests and to the things we request of them. We have contracts with them at 4 of our offices. We use them extensively. We pay about $12,000 annually. They have done real well for us.

I have a yearly contract for yard services. The prices per service vary. They are punctual and call beforehand. Very nice and professional workers.

They provide a great service and they are very thorough.
