 + -1 moreWhen first contacted, they responded quickly and came out to look at our project and give us a bid. Two weeks later we contacted them and asked when their bid would be ready. He replied, "I'm busy but will get you a bid". Well, two months have gone by and still no bid. I would not recommend any contact with them.

 + 0 moreThis company has a contract with Forest Lake HOA. They just mow and do not remove cut grass, cut grass is just blown into the rock and door ways of the residence in the HOA. They also sprayed weed kill on our grass killing large sections of law . Most of the grass area on the condos will have to be replaced. This company deserves less than 1 star. Do not hire!

Description of Work: Last fall 2014 Roots landscaped our yard with a sprinkling/drip system and plants. We were put off several times and months. When they finally did arrive the work was completed. They did a good job. The plants were guaranteed. This spring we need a couple of plants replaced and the sprinkler heads adjusted. The frustration is in getting a hold of them. The voice mail is full. E-mails go unanswered.
