Description of Work: Installed irrigation in rear and side yards, installed bed/mound/river rock, gravel pad for shed, hydro seed. | |The punctuality and price were excellent. Easy to contact, always returning phone calls, did what they said they'd do and showed up when they said they would show up. It was easy to do business with Northstar. The only reason I gave them a B for quality is that I have one low spot in the yard that is easy to collect excess water, and there a few dry spots in the yard where I've had to adjust sprinkler coverage.

+ -1 moreNorthstar came when promised. Work was performed to the quote, plus we asked to add two areas to the sprinkler system. All work was done excellently. Nice group of people and Ken is very good to work with. When they were finished you could not tell water lines had been run in various areas and everything worked as promised. New grass is coming in and the sprinkler system works perfectly. Northstar is a model for the kind of company that one wishes to do business with. Do what they say, at the cost promised and at the highest quality.
Description of Work: Removed trees and rocks from an area about 75 ft by 100 ft. Level the ground, Install sprinkler system, hydro seed the area. Also install a 12 ft by 34 ft gravel pad for RV parking.
