Description of Work: Refinished three small bedrooms with closets, and patched damaged floor boards. Floors turned out very nice! However, brand new paint around the baseboard perimeter (in all three rooms) was greatly damaged. It took some time to work this out with the business, but the owner himself came back to the house to repaint and make it right. Would use this company again if it solely depended on the finished quality of the floors.

 + -1 moreI called the recommended person to help with the repair. He came out and did a wonderful job in replacing a few pieces of carpet. I would use him again if needed. I couldn't have found this person without the help of Nielsen's Flooring America.
Description of Work: I called and asked for a phone number for a carpet repair job, they gave me the name of a person to help me with the problem.

 + 0 moreWe had hardwood in the house that had to be matched. Mr. Nielsen spent about 1 week tracking down the maker. We approved the wood and contracted to have it installed. The installer was here when promised and did an excellent job of putting flooring down. The area was cleaned as was the work area the installer used to cut the flooring. Were very pleased with the work done by Nielsen's Flooring America. This was the second time we used Nielsen's and this won't be the last.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood flooring.

 + 0 moreOn 9-3-2013, Nielsen's Flooring America removed and installed 95 yards of carpet in 4 rooms and closets of our house. The installers arrived on time and worked most of the day. They were very professional and did an excellent job of installation and cleanup. This was our first experience with Nielsen's Flooring America and we were very happy. I have recommended Nielsen's to several friends and neighbors.
