No issues. We have used this company for 9 years now. They have always given us good service. Sometimes they are running late and do not call and that can be irritating.

He did not show up for the first appointment and did not call. I finally called him and he stated he was still working at another site. I conveyed that it would have been helpful if he had called. We set another appointment and he did show up. I showed him where the spliced line was and he repaired it. However, one side of my house was still not getting water so I called him again. One of his workers found an additional cut pipe and repaired it. I asked him to put in a couple of small sprinkler heads in a shrub bed which he did. However, I had to have them taken out and replaced by another company this past summer as they never worked properly. Before I realized this, I had asked them to come back and check another section of the system and he agreed to call me to schedule the work. He never called and never sent the receipt that he said he would send me.
