Huling Construction

We notice halfway thru the siding the crew changed the pattern. Both the Prime and Mr. Huling would not go back and correct or reduce the price. Noted after the sidng was completed we would never notice. Within six months of the siding installation we notice buckling throughout the entire exterior plus cracking in the siding around the window's and other area's. I contacted and met with both the prime contractor, Bill Browning Construction LLC and Mr. Huling to discuss the buckling and cracking issue's. Both noted this was a product issue. I contacted Certainteed who then investigated and noted this was incorrect installation. It took three years to repair, after hiring a construction expert and attorney, we received a settlement to tear off and install siding correctly, plus repaint the complete home. Shouldn't a siding contractor know when the siding was not nailed correctly. The prime contractor Bill Browning Construction LLC reported the siding was nailed correctly too. Very disappointing.
