Assumed we would need to replace the carpet in our rental, but Roxy did a wonderful job and it looked amazing when he was done. Will definitely call him again.

The carpets looked impressive. The steam cleaning took out the dirt in a short time. the next day the carpets were beautiful.

I really didn't think the carpets were going to come clean, but Roxy told me that he would do his best! He did a great job! There was a huge area that was black on a tan carpet and when he left it looked great! If you didn't know there was an issue before the cleaning you would have to really pay attention to figure where he had to work so hard. I was also very thankful he was able to get the musty smell out of one of the bedrooms. This is the second time I used Roxy and I will use him again and again! He doesn't over promise and is prepared to put in the extra work to make things look great!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! He was punctual, professional, and did a great job. We had a bit of a pet urine problem that he did his magic on. He cleaned about 400 square feet of carpet for $100 and was kind enough to throw the hallway in for free. Not only was I thrilled with how the carpet looked, I was impressed that he called the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great job! Will definitely be calling Roxy in the future and referring him to my friends and family.

I had Roxy do more work for me since he did such a great job for me the last time. He answered his phone the first time I called, was on time, did what he said he would do and is very professional. Same great consistent service I got the last time.

Roxy was on time and very professional. After he finished, the real estate agent called me and said it looked like a new home. The carpet looked like new, and Roxy was able to clean the ceramic tile floors and grout so they looked new also. I am very happy with the service.

We have a rescue dog who was badly mistreated and sometimes makes mistakes in the house so Roxy had his work cut out. He pretreated, pre-cleaned, cleaned , and applied deodorizer. When he was finished the rugs all looked and smelt like new. The fabric on the dining room chairs went from looking their age due to daily use and children to like new. Considering the amount of work he had to do his price was very reasonable. Roxy was willing to work to my schedule and showed up on time. He cleaned up after himself leaving absolutely no trace of his work other than marvelously clean carpets and chairs. He was polite, friendly and not bothered by our three dogs. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a professional, very competent and reasonably priced carpet cleaner.

Reponse to phone message was quick and courteous. Cleaning was scheduled within a few days of the call. Services were discussed in detail before he began, and he asked about the source of all of the spots that were on the carpet. The carpet was left looking absolutely clean and perfectly groomed. He indicated that if any spots were to come back, he would return to redo them.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the way our carpets were cleaned and brought back to life. We will be calling Roxy the next time our carpets need attention and would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone who needs this service.

Roxy's gave us an accurate estimate, was extremely prompt, courteous, and personable. He vacuumed before beginning the cleaning process, and brought in a black light to identify the location of pet urine stains that needed special attention. He sprayed with a pre-cleaner and then worked it into the carpet. Next was an advanced steam cleaner, like no other I have seen. The difference between the cleaned and uncleaned carpet was awesome. Part of the carpet he cleaned was only 3 years s old and we keep a spotless house including the periodic use of Bissell carpet cleaner. Roxy scheduled me in right away, showed up on time, made my carpet look great and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I have rented a steam cleaner on two occasions and cleaned the floors myself and have not gotten them to look nearly as good as Roxy did at Deep Steam Carpet Care. So far, I've hired Deep Steam on 3 separate occasions. Each time was a positive experience. Roxy was punctual, and completed the job as promised. The quality of work was superb. As mentioned, I don't usually write reviews, but it was the last job he cleaned for me that prompted me to take the time for this review. I seriously thought I would need to replace the carpet - it was bad. Faced w a potential $2500 bill for carpet replacement, I decided to let him have a go at it - figuring it was worth the risk - just in case he could salvage it. Roxy TRULY AMAZED ME. As mentioned, I've used many, many different carpet cleaners in in Idaho and Michigan where I've owned and managed many properties. I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH AMAZING RESULTS. Note: While Roxy's prices are fair - there are in fact some cleaners out there that will charge less. Let me remind you - like most things in life - you get what you pay for. I've used cleaners that charge more, I've used cleaners that charge less. The quality of work that Roxy delivers will give you the most bang for your buck. I guarantee it.
