The company still has an open work order and it has been over a year and the work is still not done. We are really upset over this and am in the process of having another construction company give us bids to finish this warranty work. If the company doesn't come through, we will end up bringing them to court once the work is done for reimbursement. They have ignored our repeated requests to get this work done and we are very upset.

They built our home and when we notified them of some minor infractions, they came right out and repaired the problems. They are very responsible, professional , and did a good job.

We found a Real Estate agent from Spokane Home Builders who helped us find this home in the 5 Mile Prairie area. We had an inspector come out and go through the entire house, top to bottom. There were a couple of small problems. Copper Basin took care of them right away. We bought a1600 square foot home that had everything we wanted - a pantry, two bathrooms (each with 2 sinks), 3 bedrooms, a beautiful corner fireplace in the large open living room, gas stove, gas furnace, gas hot water heater and some of the central air conditioning already built in (just needed the condenser outside), two walk in closets - one in the master bedroom and one in the 2nd bedroom that we turned into an office. It's a beautiful home that we are very pleased with. We were able to get a good price. I called Copper Basin a few times to ask some questions (the exact length and width of our lot, the type of grass put in the front yard, etc. They responded quickly to each of my questions.
