Three Sons did a great job as always. I've used them for several handyman type of jobs and they've always been reliable. My floors are beautiful and were done promptly at a reasonable price.

Although 3 Sons were not able to help me with my plumbing issue, Kimberly was kind enough to give me 2 other names and numbers of plumbers that she could recommend. BOTH called me back right away and Wayne Hartley from Hartleys Handyman Service was able to be at my house within a couple hours and fix my problem right away. It was nice to have Kimberly refer other reputable plumbers. I will definatley consider contacting 3 Sons and Wayne again for any house repair issues.

Absolutely wonderful Steve was punctual, dedicated, informative, friendly and a pleasure to work with I received everything I asked for and more My elderly mom found it difficult to step-in to tub, to shower, Now she an walk-in with ease. Steve also noticed coming up the stairs outside that the metal handrail had pulled away from its mooring, he asked if he could bring his welder and that it would take about 5 minutes to reattach it, I said Yes (you know he did that out of the kindness of his heart) I am so pleased that I contacted 3 Sons Renovation Thank you Angie's list

This is the 2nd project we have used 3 Sons for and are very happy with their quality, craftsmanship and professionalism. This is a rental property and was occupied at the time of the renovation. The tenants were impressed with the cleanliness and timeliness of Steve and Kimberly and were comfortable having them in their home. They did a beautiful job, once again. We would recommend this company to anyone considering them for a large or small construction or renovation project.

Moving to a new city is stressful enough and not knowing anyone in town makes it doubly tough when you are looking for professionals. However, all my worries disappeared and were put to rest when I met with Steve & Kimberly of Three Sons Renovation. My initial call to Three Sons was returned promptly and an appointment was made and kept on time. I had several projects I was considering for this (new to me) home and while the work was not something that fit in with the renovation work Steve & Kimberly do they were forthright and honest enough to tell me outright and then provided me with referrals to the local experts with the expertise and quality that could help me. Their referrals were excellent. Even though I did not engage Three Sons Renovations for the work I needed in my home this time, their professionalism, customer satisfaction and integrity is what they are about. You can be I will be calling them when I move on to my kitchen remodel.

Steve and Kimberly were just wonderful. The work was done well beyond my expectations. I felt completely safe allow them access to my home to perform the work while I was not there. I can't say enough great things about the experience and when ever I need anything done around the house I will not hesitate to call them. Thanks again guys....

Kimberly hand painted our house. She does not spray. It looks fabulous! We used 4 colors, 3 of which were trim. Even our neighbors were impressed and wanted her business card. She was very meticulous, punctual and VERY professional. Her bid was very reasonable. On the last day she looked around the house and if she saw something that needed a touch up she got her small paint brush out and made sure everything was just perfect! Hand painting looks so much better than spray. I can't say enough about her work. I add one more star if I could!

We loved meeting Kim & Steve!. They Answered all our many many questions. I received a prompt response to my questions via e-mail. Both of them came to together to discuss the project we wanted. I found both of them very friendly, easy to talk to, very professional and courteous. We were so impressed with them that we are going to have them install some flooring in our living room in the future and use them for many projects. For the amount of work that was done, their fees were quite reasonable. It took 7 hours to complete the projects.

Steve was hired to finish an entry way to a mud room that had been destroyed by a water leak. He was affordable, punctual and friendly. Most amazing company!!!

When selling home I needed some vents and faucets tweaked and fixed before sale of home. Steve was punctual and performed all the work quickly and efficiently!

They did an awesome job. They pulled out old flooring and put in new flooring. I trust them. They have good character. They actually ended up repairing work that was poorly done by another company. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

He is very nice and he talks to me. The first time he referred me to a plumber who was amazing. They had good ratings on Angie's list.

Steve came up with an estimate for some additional material we would need, plus the time he anticipated it would take to complete the job. He always was punctual, friendly, and responsive. The quality of the finish was beyond my original expectation.

The entire process went extremely well. Our new deck is far stronger and better built than the original deck. Also, the deck is much better looking than the original. We will not hesitate to use 3 Sons in the future for any renovation or small construction needs. Highly recommended.

Steve and his wife started on time and kept us abreast of the whole situation. When they had to go somewhere else, they explained why and gave us a time for return, which they faithfully kept. additionally, Steve's wife took over watching my three year old, so my wife could be more productive. 3 Sons is a fair and honest contractor. his final price was less than his estimate, which is rare. I highly recommend them, although I would like to keep them all to myself if I could.

I called Steve because I needed a deck repaired before my home sold. Steve and Kimberly came out and gave me an estimate, but due to their previous commitments, could not meet my timeline. This was completely understandable. However, soon after they left, Kimberly called me to tell me that they had found someone to get my deck done on time. Her father Terry would come out of retirement to help me out. Terry got the job done on time, and it turned out much better that I ever thought it would. These folks are just good people. They are honest, professional, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail is first rate. And the price was less than I expected. You don't find this level of service and professionalism very often these days. Call Steve and Kimberly. You won't be sorry.

This couple, husband and wife, work together. He does the wood working with painstaking accuracy. She handles color, painting and all painting details, plus finishing. They are truly a pleasure to have in your home. They allow the flow of the household while they do their magic, clean up after every visit, are very personable, and we highly recommend them.. After our original agreement, more damaged wood was found from a water leak. This was going to require the help of a glass company because it involved the bay window. The extra damage slowed the progress of the project but rather than postpone completion by an additional three weeks, they found a solution. They called in an expert to help detail the next step and moved the project to completion. AND they were more than fair with the charges for the extra work involved. Awesome people. Awesome work. Very professional. They even made friends with our dogs!!!

Kimberly did an amazing job painting several rooms in my home. The detail and workmanship was better than I could have ever imagined. Steve also removed an old toilet I had and installed a new one. Both of them did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone. I look forward to working with them again.

The pipe and trap under my sink had a whole in it and was all corroded. Steve replaced the trap and pipe and recommended that I have the pipe beyond that point augured out as it was very corroded. He gave me the name of a person that would give me an estimate and do the work. I found him to be very professional and would use the services of the company should the need arise.
