They may not be the cheapest lawn care available. However if you want the best then Weed Man is the company for you. Other companies do a weed & feed spray. Weed Man does the granular or small pellets for feed applications & spray for weeds. It’s tailored for the soil in the area also! They never left cards on my door they never left anything in my mailbox. But yet they're charging me for services that were not done. I contacted the company on numerous times trying to speak with the manager however the young girl that continually answers the phone states that he will call me back he is out of town. I have never received a call back and I am now in collections for $215 for services that were never completed received or even signed up for. I'm disgusted with this company. I have no trespassing signs up and I have dogs. When they had the lawyer contact me regarding my claim that they never came to my house he stated that they did I inquired as to why they trespassed in my backyard then he said they didn't they had permission to go back there I said what about my dogs he said you don't have dogs. I think I'm going to know that I have two dogs. They're not very nice when it comes to meeting strangers for the first time so I don't know how these people could have gotten in my backyard to do the services not only that but like I said I have no trespassing signs on my fence but I also keep my fence locked so I'm wondering how did they get back here. When I got home at the end of the summer my yard was full of weeds and it was not luscious and not green and you could definitely tell that nobody had done anything but mow and water. If you want to be scammed by a company like this then go ahead and use them. I don't understand why a company thinks that they can just come out and start throwing chemicals in your yard or at least pretending to in this case. I don't know how a company can say they got in your backyard when you keep your gate locked. I also don't know how a company can say that they completed services that were never completed and that I don't have dogs. I'm actually really disgusted with this company I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and leaving reviews on Yelp and other services. I will also let every single person that I meet no never to use weed man. I will tell everybody about my experiences and when I'm working at the fair again this year because I work at the fair every year I will make sure to tell every single person that I see come to your booth that they should not use your company and the reasons why you see our boots are basically right across the from one another. Thanks for screwing over another family and I really appreciate you calling me back like you were supposed to. You have the worst customer service ever."

"They are a absolutely horrible. Reliability 0 Contact 0 Workmanship 0 Throughout the summer I have never had such a terrible time in simply getting a scheduled time. They would be at my place spraying when I would get a message stating that someone is en route. It took forever to get them to give at least a 24 hour in advance notice prior to the there arriving. That lasted for 2 applications. Now I get a message 24 hours in advance, the next day I get a message that the technician is en route then with in that same hour I get another message stating that the technician can not make it. Then I get a voice mail stating that I cancelled the service. Now today 10-21-2022, for the 3rd day in a roll I can not speak to a representative in the Erda Utah area. I would absolutely never recommend this computer anyone. I also was on the phone with a customer representative on 10-20-22. I asked him if I could speak with a supervisor. He told me that he doesn’t have a supervisor. I am assuming that I must have been speaking with the owner of the company, since he has no supervision. I had a manger with DFCM in the state of Utah that over heard my conversation with this customer service member. He said that the state of utah has the exact same issues with Trugreen. My advice, stay clear Roger Griffis Erda, Utah"
