Description of Work: They were able to come out to our place the same day they were called. Not sure of what they would need, they came prepared and replaced the tank in our well-house. We had to call them back a day or two later because the problem had not been completely resolved. He ended up having to replace a small piece of equipment on the pipe that pulls the water up from the ground. He explained the piece was too far from the bottom (a different company had put the piece on there a few years ago when we had a problem) and the spring was no longer working. He also recommended finding the paperwork on the motor that the previous company had put on because he said they used a motor that didn't usually last as long as they say they do (it is a Franklin motor). He said if the pump goes out it may still be under warranty and that Professional Pump Service would honor that warranty and replace it with a better pump. He taped up the wires that run from the pump up the line and told us we will need to replace those in the next couple of years because they looked like the original wires. He said the copper for the wires is very expensive and he wanted to give us time to save some money/be prepared for the cost. He said they were working now (safely working) and he taped them as best as he could.
