Great. They came to the house with samples, showed up on time, were very helpful in selecting the right blinds for each place, came on time to install and did an excellent job.

The showroom was great, and I liked my experience there. But the person coming out to my house called after my appointment time to say she would be another half an hour late. When I called the shop to talk to them about this, they said that was pretty much the way things went. I decided if they were that cavalier about my time before I had agreed to be their customer, I didn't want to become a customer!

The guy that came out to do the measurements was really nice and did a good job. It took them awhile to get the blinds made but they make them in town which is nice. They came and put the blinds in when I wasn't here but my husband was. They put one blind on the inside of the cill and one on the outside so that looks goofy but thats partly my husbands fault. One of them broke but they came out and fixed it.

Horrible experience, some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I had a sells guy come out and measure all the windows in our house for blinds. I decided before dropping over 3K on one company I would give them a test run. I asked that they get the sunshades and blind for my office first since they were extremely important. Sells guy told me that since they made them, there would be no problem having the shades by the end of the next week. I waited a week and got no update, so I called and left two voicemails, and sent two emails.. and never got a reply. Two weeks in, another sells guy called me back to tell me that they needed to order the material and it would be a few weeks. I told him I only purchased with them due to the fact that I would get the blinds right away. He said he was sorry and they would send someone over to put up temp shades the next day. I let them know that I can not hear the doorbell and they needed to call before they came over. The next day I walked out at 3pm to find 5 temporary paper shades (no where big enough to fit the windows) just dropped in the driveway. I called the office and they gave me the cell phone of the sells guy after I told them how mad I was. The sells guy told me that he was the one that dropped the blinds in the driveway after waiting out side for a hour because no one told him to call. I explained that the temp shades were no where big enough to fit all the windows in the office, and I needed to know what was on the work order. He told me he was in the carwash and would need to call when he got to the office. Sells guy called back and let me know that I would be getting 3 sunshades and one hunter douglas blind. Since that was correct I decided to go ahead since it was a 1 1/2 weeks out and I did not want to start over. The installer showed up with three sunshades and no blinds. He told me the order did not include the blind and he called the office. I listened in as he talked to the sells guy who said it was on the order, but they were waiting for it, the installer told me they would call when it was ready. I told the installer how horrible the experience had been and that I was using them to check out their service. He said people do that all the time, so I asked if they come back and he just smiled. Two days later the sells guy leaves me a voicemail saying that it was never on the order and if I wanted the blind they would need to order it. I called back (voicemail again) and told him to forget it, I would go someplace else. Found another dealer, they came in almost $600 under Window Covering Outlet for the same products and they have actually communicated with us. Stay far away from these people, or you will regret it.

They did a great job. They arrived on time. They went above and beyond. The workers were kind and courteous and very easy to work with. The price that they gave me was reasonable.
