TIMBERLINE TREE SVC

The crew showed up at the appointed time ready to go to work. When they trim the trees they selectively remove branches so the tree retains it's general shape. The tree is not left looking like it had gotten a bad haircut. The yard was cleaned up after the trimming. The crew was quickly in and out with little fuss. We have had Timberline in on three occasions and will have them back.

The owner, Burt, came out and did the estimate initially. He explained that not only is he a certified arborist, but that every one of his guys who climb in the trees and make cuts are certified arborists also. This was important to me - especially for my large honey locust. It had been trimmed several times in past years and was a bit unsightly with limbs going out in seeming random directions. Two of the other contractors who also bid the job didn't even want to touch that tree. The interesting thing comparing the bids is that Timberline's total bid wasn't much higher than the others who didn't even want to touch it. On the day of the work, the crew (and the owner Burt) arrived promptly and were able to complete all the work in a couple of hours. I was impressed with their equipment which enabled the workers to work high in the trees safely in a and quot;cageand quot; which allowed seemingly infinite degrees of motion. After making initial cuts, they looked all around the tree from various angles and then went back to due some tweaking, thus ensuring that the final shape was a great improvement aesthetically. . The cleanup phase was very thorough. Other than better shaped trees, it was difficult to tell anyone had been there. Burt didn't want my check until the job was complete, and I was completely satisfied. I don't usually expect to really be impressed by this type of work. There are lots of providers out there who do a good job. But this was truly noteworthy. Timberline gets my highest recommendation.

Burt came out to see what work needed to be done and gave an estimate (which was free). He called the day before the scheduled day of service to confirm, and he came out with his workers to show them exactly what needed to be done. The workers did an excellent job, plus they removed all the debris and cleaned up. The price seemed very fair for the amount of work that was done. This company did an excellent job. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Prompt, professional service. Cleaned up very well and I am very happy with their skill and knowledge. Pruned trees look great and were done RIGHT. They got in and worked hard to get the job done quickly and with minimal impact on our yard and the neighbors. I am VERY happy with the results.

They did a good job. our neighbors recommended theme to us and they were busy that time of year but they got out here quickly and they couldn't get a cherry picker in our back yard so they used ropes and latter. they seem very knowledgeable

They got everything done in two days. They were very nice and personable.

Very well. They always returned phone calls promptly and got me in to their schedule quickly. They cleaned up very well after the tree work.
