+ -1 moreWe've been very pleased. We went with them because of a recommendation of a neighbor.
Description of Work: For lawn irrigation, we used Seven Oaks. They come yearly. They turn our sprinklers on and off and the check the water, and if there are sprinkler heads that need repair, they do that.

+ -1 moreIt was great. Morgan was punctual, reliable and did a great job of reconfiguring my system to function without creating dry spots. He is clearly experienced and knowledgeable and doesn't make a mess.
Description of Work: Last fall, we restructured our back yard with additional concrete and a water feature, which required the sprinklers to be reconfigured. Morgan did a great job of coordinating his work with the concrete and water feature contractors so that the sprinklers were not a hindrance to their work. He also added a head to fix a dry spot and blew out the system.

+ -1 moreHowever, the service received from the office staff is abysmal. In fact, it would appear that the people answering the phone wish the business to fail. The woman answering the phone was abusive, rude and did not in any way bother to convince us that our business was wanted.
Description of Work: The work performed by this company is very good if you can get them to come out.
