+ 0 moreTo start, to get Angie's List off my back, I'm doing this review prior to completion of the job, but on the down hill side of the project. Every Restoration Pro employee was personable, conscientious, skilled, cleaned up after their selves, and took their trash with. Very good coordination of all subs and Restoration Pro holds all their subs to a high standard. Big job but no big stress except for 1 sub. I needed someone to patiently walk me through this and that is exactly what they have done. Restoration Pro had a break down in their cabinet shop so they contracted with Western Cabinet (who supposedly had a good rep) rather than delay my job. Big mistake but not Restoration Pro's fault and they are doing everything possible to make things right and get Western Cabinet to fix their screw ups. I would have Restoration Pro back in a heartbeat.

I've been burned hard in the past by contractors and specifically disaster clean up specialty contractors. (Thus Angie's List) Ben and his team have restored (no pun) our faith in contractors and we now know there are actually companies and people they hire that genuinely want to do right by their customers. That really care about what they do. It was truly a pleasure working with them and the price was so fair that I can honestly say it was the easiest check to write all year long. They really set an example of how business should be done between two parties. I have no problem highly recommending this company to anyone who has mold abatement issues or any type of emergency clean up to deal with. In fact, this is one of those companies that are so rare to find that I will go out of my way to tell my exceptional experience and recommend them to anyone I know considering hiring a contractor. Give them a shot and meet with them. You'll feel the confidence immediately. And, if they are not the right folks for the job they will be the first to tell you and to point you in the right direction. Great people! My family and I are extremely thankful.
Description of Work: Benjamin and Matthew did a great job on this mold remediation project. The protocol was challenging but over the course of a few meetings they were able to identify what aspects of the job were a priority and would solve the air quality issues within our home. Mold remediation is always an issue that is difficult to understand and effectively deal with. For this reason we got third party air quality tests both before the job and after. As an example one area of our home was rated at 120 and after the job Restoration Pro did the same area rated 0. The other areas of the home showed similar ratings after the job. Even the 3rd party environmental inspector was impressed with their work! In his own words "Thats hard to do in this business." I shopped them all and got over 8 different bids on this project. Restoration Pro came in price wise at the middle of the pack but far superseded the value and included more within their scope of work than the others. The little things in a job like this make a huge difference. Their crew were extremely clean and professional. Several un-annouced site inspections only proved that their team was diligently working focused on completing their work.

+ -1 moreThey've been working on it for the past month. It's when they started and it's almost done. It's going great. We liked their bid. They were in the middle. We used them again because we liked their work with our cabinets.
Description of Work: We're in the middle of a bathroom remodel and we're using Restoration Pro. We had a whole bathroom redo. We've actually used them before. They built a cabinet for us.
