Terry Mann, the lead technician, did a very far search for the water damage that was done. His work partner, Dan, was also great. They worked very well together and I am pleased with the work they did. I was very impressed with him. The damage was due to the pipes not being connected correctly by the plumbing people who did the work when the house was built. There was water damage in my kitchen and living room. They had to remove 2 layers of linolium from the floor and replace it. He put some fresh underlay under my existing carpet, fixed all of the trim around the walls, took the pantry door off to get to the base of the pantry and put it back on. He found a pipe in the crawlspace that a screw came very close to and could have put a hole in it, but he fixed it so any damage would be prevented. He also cleaned my carpets!
