They recommended something, and they estimate was $1000 more than another company. That is a huge mark up.

I am very satisfied with this company. The office staff was fantastic at helping to get me an appointment set up and keeping me informed as to when the Technician would show up to my house. The Technician was on time, very courteous, and the job was completed very professionally. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing, heating, or AC work needed.

They did a great job

Extremely over priced. If I had time to pick another plumber I would have. I was charged about $500 for less that two hours work. Seems like they take advantage of senior citizens.

Bought a house built in 1997, so because we didn't know the history of any of the ductwork maintenance, wanted to be sure that they were clean. Fast & efficient service.

He lied to me

initially, the tech quoted me $437 to install the faucet. After I canceled the service he called **the boss** then quoted me $340. Again I canceled... but, the tech called again with a quote of $219 (which I accepted). I felt like I was buying a new car, not having a faucet installed.

Dan was a pleasure - he carried out the repairs and explained exactly what he was doing, and why the waste disposal was blocked. Dan also replaced the pump on the water heater, the water flows much better and we have hot water in all the necessary rooms. Excellent job and would recommend.

Ray was very pleasant, explained everything and why it was so. He explained what was wrong in an easy to understand way. The end result was even less expensive than he thought. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Great job!

The technician was very prompt, professional and polite. Job was completed in a very timely manner and expertly. I wish it wasn’t as expensive. I felt it was bit overpriced. Overall, great service.

The project went well. The severe weather made me wish it could have been scheduled a day or two sooner. But I guess when you're working with the best, their services are always in demand. :-)

Chris from Perfect Plumbing and Heating was very thorough taking his time to give me a good break down of my new home. Price for the service is unknown since I have no others to compare to, but the service was excellent. He was very professional and curious and went out of his way to help me in my situation. Their plan would save me a few dollars, but wasn't needed at the time and he didn't try to pressure me, just gave me the facts. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for future service.
