Our experience with Perfect Plumbing was "Perfect"! Masked, respectful, prompt, professional. We had our entire HVAC system replaced with top of the line materials and couldn't be happier! Pricing was fair. Service was great! We really appreciated the non-pushy, educational approach so that we could make an educated decision that was best for our needs and budget.

I have worked in the home building for approx 50 years in all aspects of the trade,I have health problems that's why I called your agency. You should be ashamed of your self . You are not a company that I would use again Perfect plumbing is a scam

This company, from dispatchers to installers is by far the best trade company I have ever had work on my house! Not only did they fix a brand new install from another company, they were very professional and never even said anything bad about that other company. Believe me I gave them every opportunity. They are very attentive to detail and kept everything neat and tidy and did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. They had a huge job replacing all the ductwork, and also fixing 3 pipes under my house. When they left I couldn't even tell they were here! I cannot say enough good about this company and I have, and I would reccomend them to everyone!

They were quick to show up for our water heater dying and installed the new one the next day. However, I had to follow up multiple times with them to finally get the inspector out to approve the work.

$641 to cap a broken pipe was a joke. I felt if I was home the price might not have been as much. Felt like he kind of played my wife as he asked about our water heater air conditioner and other solicitations. Also gave us a $13,000 bid to replace the plumping in our entire house. Why????? Also to actually fix the problem it would cost even more. So we are left with only hot water in our kitchen until we get another plumber. Now that I write this I would like to redo my survey and give them a non recommendation and less than 3 stars. A little closer to 2. Please don t send me this company again and I will have to consider looking for a pro from another service. You guys have done us well in the past, but this sucks. Dan Caruso, our plumbing service technician was professional, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. He offered us options to consider and always had our interest in mind. The company, Perfect is just that , perfect! From receiving our call to scheduling to dispatch, everything worked well. I would highly recommend this company!

Rep opened up conversation with extremely high price, then tried to up sale me into spending 2000$ on a new water heater. Stated that he would fix my broken pipe for free. I told him I only though it was a fairly easy fix about 200$ repair job. He went in to the crawl space and came back out and stated good news say the pipe had never been connected. So he cleaned up and glued the pipe and charged me 160$ for 10 minutes of actual work. He did verify there were no leaks after repair

Everyone we dealt with from phone assistance to in-home evaluation to the installers, and electricians were great! They were friendly, professional, pleasant all around people. I highly recommend this company!
