 + -1 morei am very pleased with the service i came in to get my lawn mower blades sharpened and they were able to get all the work done in a matter of hours! i am very pleased and i will most definitely iron works to my friends overall very good service!

 + 1 moreI originally called this company and asked if they could come to my house to fix my mailbox. The gentleman I talked to said he would call when the truck was in the neighborhood. I agreed. I waited a week and never heard from anyone. My mail couldn't be delivered so I needed it done ASAP. My husband called and set it up for me to take the mailbox in to be fixed. I took it in and the gentleman said it would be done the next day after 9 am. I returned after 9am. The box was still sitting where I left it. I talked to a different guy and he was apologetic and said he's have it done in 30 minutes and that it would cost $35. I came back in a half hour and it was done and looked great. The gentleman I originally had dealt with was there and charged me an extra $10. To me, it was worth it, so I didn't argue.
Description of Work: Repaired and restored my mailbox.

 + 1 moreCalled initially to ask for a bid. My telephone call was returned within an hour or two. Steve said he would come up to give me a bid. A day or two passed and I had not heard from him and called to ask if he had gotten a chance to look at the broken gate. He said that he had not but would get up by the end of the day. He showed up as he said he would and provided a bid. I agreed to the price and he came back the following day and repaired the wrought iron fence. Steve seemed to know what he was doing and was knowledgeable about what needed to get done to fix the problem in the correct manner. He fixed the repair like he said he would for the price quoted.
Description of Work: Steve came out and repaired a wrought iron gate that had broken at the hinges as well as do some preventative welding on a second wrought iron gate. The broken gate was repaired by welding new hinges onto the gate and fence and the second gate was cleaned and welded to prevent another break at the hinge. The broken gate was leveled and straightened so it could open and close properly.
