+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, were very professional, very nice and polite and took away any garbage they made when they left. The Gutter Helmet was fantastic!!!
Description of Work: This is the ONLY company that responded to my need to have my gutters cleaned. They will be the only company I will use in the future for that reason. After cleaning the gutters, they also slanted my gutters for better drainage while they were at it.

Description of Work: Many years ago, Oct 23rd, 2006, they installed a gutter helmet at least 6 years ago. A few months ago in the winter they came back and replaced a bracket in the gutter system. Then he was just here and came back this past week in May. He checked out the gutter system in the rear of the house. He found out it wasn't broken but he cleaned the gutter out for me any way. The gist of the whole thing is that they back up their work because they give you a life warranty.

+ -1 moreCarl, the manager was very prompt and personable. His hired hand, however, is smarmy and condescending. The hired hand needs to talk less and listen more to what the customer wants. There was a leak in the gutter after installation and they came right out and fixed it. The Gutter Helmet system seems to be a superior system, but you will also pay for it.

+ -1 moreHe arrived at the time we'd negotiated and was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed to do to solve our problems. He set to work and completed the work we'd requested in an efficient manner and offered suggestions for other issues. We'll definitely have them return.
Description of Work: Jeremy provided repairs to our system and offered excellent advise on how to deal with some of our continuing issues with frozen gutters. We'll follow-up and have them complete the work he suggested.
