+ -1 moreWhat a JOKE!! Called Gemtech because I had a gopher problem. Peter called back and said he would be about a half hour which he was on time and he told us we had a gopher problem. Then he proceeded to try and sell us a full year's worth of services we did not need and then left without any resolution. So we took care of the gopher. Would NOT call him again! What a waste of time!
Description of Work: Came out and looked at the problem.
