+ -1 moreDon't have Gem State do any work that is not easily verified if it is done. Watch them do their work and verify they have completed the work. They were suppose to caulk exposed nails on our roof, and they did none of the nails. I think they were surprised when we went up on the roof to verify the work was never done.
Description of Work: Contractor was suppose to reseal shingles that did not seal. They did eveything possible to avoid doing the work. They charged $1000 for 3 man hours of work. They also added work that did not need to be done (told us more venting was needed, when we already had plenty of venting). Have heard from other customers that this also happened to them.
