Description of Work: We have a lot of white doors, window sills, closet doors, and baseboard trim. I asked them to do all of that kind of thing and kitchen work if they had time. As it was they washed 95% of it really well, the other 5% was not as good because some of it needed extra scrubbing. The were very pleasant and willing to work. I actually got some extra cleaning because the boss came with a couple of girls to do training. I got all the kitchen cupboards washed too. Very Nice.

Description of Work: Found the source of a water leak causing damage to the ceiling of the garage. Changed design of the lay the roofing shingles where they meet vertical elements of roof to promote better water run off. Plugged a small hole. The responded within hours of first call to inspect the damage and make an initial assessment to determine source of leak. With my permission it took a little longer to get their roofer out to define the problem and then to fix the roof. I am waiting for a scheduled date to repair the ceiling damage.

Description of Work: Initially used Brilliant Services using an Angie's List special. We were very satisfied with the overall quality of their cleaning service. We are now using Brilliant Services on an annual contract and it is still working very well.
