The person they sent to clean the gutters was punctual, professional, and helpful. I had purchased a special offer on Angie's List, and I felt that I received my money's worth. I am going to use their services again in the fall.

Brilliant was very professional with an estimate prior to buying the deal through Angie's List. Other vendors would not give an estimate of what the additional cost to clean the gutters beyond the cost of the initial deal. (We have about 300 ft of gutters, the deal was for 100ft.) Gordon was quick to respond to my questions and as a result, Brilliant received our business. We recommend them easily.

I was very pleased with the communication with Brilliant Services in booking the service. Justin showed up on schedule. After going over my areas of concern, he did great work replacing caulking and restoring the grout tile in our tub surround. He also did an excellent job cleaning up after the project was done. I would use Brilliant Service again if/when the need arises.

They were very thorough, clean and professional. My husband is never keen on hiring people to work on the house and they immediately put him at ease. They started the demo on Thursday and finished the trim project on Friday. They also went above and beyond by cleaning a spare piece of carpet (that had been used as a door mat) to patch where the walls were.

Brilliant Services checked insulation around all doors, repaired as necessary. Re-caulked a large walk in shower area in master bathroom. All work was performed timely and professionally. While they are not the low cost provider their work is high quality, providers are courteous and professional, and they stand behind their work.

The appointment went well. They gave an estimate for a master bath remodel with drawings. We ended up not doing the remodel because it was just much more expensive than we expected and we did not feel that it would make a big enough difference in our home. We decided to replace carpet and tile in all the common areas instead - a much bigger bang for the buck. I can't really say that they were unreasonably expensive, just that we were unprepared for what a job such as this would cost. My one objection regarding cost is that I told her we did not want to replace our cabinets but would rather find a way to make them work with the new design, but rather than discussing this with me further, she quoted new cabinets, which amounted to about 20-25% of the total job estimate. My only other complaint is that the drawings took longer to get than I expected. I imagine they had received an overwhelming response to their Angie's list deal.

Nice man but showed up an hour late with no phone call to let us know. Disappointing.

The company was in constant contact and provide a prompt and excellent service. Gordon is very pleasant and polite. I will use their service again for other projects.

I particularly appreciated the following: they do everything, so I didn't have to look for a series of people to fix a laundry list of items they fixed the stuff I asked them to fix, then they went through and around the house with me looking for other problems, little stuff was fixed on the spot, bigger stuff they reviewed options and prices they came with tablet computers, so when they found problems on the roof or in the attic they showed me pictures so I didn't have to either take their word for it or climb a ladder or crawl in yucky places to see it myself they were prompt in scheduling the work and getting it done they were pleasant, professional, and helpful their charges were reasonable they gave me a magnetic business card that is now on my fridge for when I need more stuff done in the future.

This company was a breeze to work with. I had used them previously to install travertine tile in an entryway way and dining area with positive results. Their attention to detail, punctuality, quality of work and pricing is second to none in the Treasure Valley. Not only did Brilliant Services complete the job on time and on budget, the friendly staff made the entire process pleasurable. I highly recommend this business!

We were very impressed with the response time and expertise that Brilliant Services used to take care of this issue. They sent me photos of the damage and as soon as they were on site I received a phone call from their superintendent to let me know what he saw and he explained to me how they were going to get it all resolved. This was very comforting knowing that I had someone on site that knew what they were doing and I felt confident they would get the job done quickly and efficiently. I wasn't sure if we needed to file an insurance claim but the damage was limited (due to their fast response) so we did not need to file an insurance claim and the tenants were able to use their classroom the following Monday.

My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers but I have gotten very far behind on making improvements to our house. I needed a jumpstart, someone to get some stuff done and make me feel less overwhelmed. I've been wanting to paint what is now my hobby room for three years. It has gone from a bedroom to a computer room to a hobby room and each time more holes were added to the walls. When I pulled some braces off the wall, the surface of the sheetrock came off, too. Same with the trim around the door of that room. We have changed the door, added a screen door, taken down the screen door - each time adding more holes to the trim. Those were all filled as well. My husband and I are very caulking-challenged but the bathroom needed to be caulked around the baseboard. Gary did a great job of that, making it look easy. Lastly, I have painted an entertainment center a million times and its use has changed a number of times. It holds a lot, though, and I didn't think I could find something better so I had Gary paint it. It turned out great. Gary was punctual, organized and efficient and I was very happy with the jobs he accomplished.

It took a couple notes to get an initial response, but they really came thru in the end. Very personable and professional. The work is neat and clean, and they passed the Mom test with flying colors. Good work, good value, good people. We'll definitely call them again!

We asked Brilliant Services (Gary) to look at the caulking and grout around the tile of two bathroom tubs. He assessed the need for caulk and grout to repair in the two bathrooms. We thought we had a grout that would work but he determined it was not the best so we went to Home Depot to get exactly the color and product he suggested. Gary proceeded to remove old grout while we were gone. He did a good job in removing the old caulk and grout where needed and then inserting and repairing caulk and grout so it looks great and will keep our tub areas free from moisture for many years to come. We think he did a professional job and we are satisfied.

I called Brilliant Services LLC because I could feel frigid air blowing into the house from around doors and windows. The temp outside is 18 degrees. Greg is very professional and competent and did an outstanding job winterizing my doors and windows. One door was tricky because the wood had swelled due to being exposed to the elements. He was able to stop the cold air from coming inside this door. I will definitely use Brilliant Services LLC again. EJN

I had difficulty with the scheduling. But other than that they were very nice and professional.

We were very pleased. They sent a knowledgeable person out who cleaned our very dirty and full gutters, made several repairs that were needed and cleaned up. We would ask them out again next year.

First of all, I was promptly provided with a fair quote. The technician, Gary Parent arrived on time for the job. He was friendly and professional. He performed the job in a reasonable amount of time and I am very pleased with the finished project. I would certainly request his services in the future.

I contacted Angies list to say we did not use the contractor because the bid for painting our deck was too high for my husband's taste. No problem with the contractor. He was very professional when he came to give us a bid on the work. I wrote Angie's list to say we need some painting done in another house, Perhaps, Steve could contact me with another contractor or the same one to do some painting in our rental house. There were 2 people and they had 1.5 hours to clean as much as they could from the recent remodel of our kitchen. Dust went EVERYWHERE! It was not enough time to finish everything but the time they had they used efficiently. The ceilings are vautled so they didn't have a high enough ladder to get to the top shelves and the fan. I will have to let them know next time how high our ceilings are. I now have a pretty nice looking 1st floor. They did not have time to clean the bathrooms. Will need them to come back to finish the last of the dust and cleaning. They said a once a month cleaning- once everything is cleaned well- would be efficient for this size of a house. I may do that if we can afford it. I also have a home based business and all I see are things that need cleaning or dusting, etc. It is very stressful- having them clean once a month would be great!
