Description of Work: The roof on my remodeled home has many odd angles and gullies and thus, lots of rain gutters. The house is also surrounded by large, ancient trees, so the gutters get quite a workout. Bradford cleaned every last inch of the gutters and removed the gunk that fell onto decks and gardens. I was very happy I didn't have to climb up on the roof this time!

Description of Work: I do not mess with electricity. We needed chandeliers and wall sconces removed and new fixtures installed. We bought the $339 Big Deal for six hours of work. Brilliant Services removed three old and installed three new chandeliers in our high (16+ ft) ceilings.The new chandeliers were in boxes and required some assembly which was done by Brilliant. They also removed seven old and installed seven new wall sconces in our hallways. Brian and Bo/Beau were friendly and effective. We will use Brilliant Services for future home repair/maintenance needs.

They were very professional and courteous and made sure I was happy with the work. I would definitely use again !!!

Brilliant services construction manager agreed to have another stucco repair company do the work who also never showed up. He then wanted to send the original subcontractor after admitting he had no confidence in that individual, at which point I cancelled the job.
Description of Work: I simply got a quote for a small stucco repair job. Brilliant sent a subcontractor to give an estimate.

+ -1 moreI purchased a Groupon certificate for the above services and scheduled a day and time with the office staff (very helpful & responsive to questions). The plan was for the lawn service to arrive between noon & 2pm. No one ever showed up and I called the office to find out the status. The gal said that she would call the lawn guys to find out what their schedule looked like for the rest of the day.After waiting more than 2 hours for a response from the office, I called again. At this point it is obvious to me that nothing is going to happen that day. I was able to reschedule for the next couple days. I recall that the guy who was supposed to do the work called me after 5pm and said that he was still working in East Boise. (How did it turn out that guy who was going to work on my yard near Eagle was also working in East Boise on the same day?? Does the company not have enough staff to designate work areas for all of Boise/Meridian/ Eagle?)Again, the lawn guys did not show up at the arranged time and I had to make a call to the office. Again, she puts in a call to the lawn guy & asks him to call me directly to let me know his ETA. Again, I didn't hear from him for over 2 hours. When he does call, he is again in East Boise and won't be able to make it to my location for at least 2 hours.Finally he shows up, even later than anticipated and was not terribly apologetic for all the inconvenience and lack of communication.He did do the work and showed me some of the features of our sprinkler system as I was not familiar with irrigation water & city water systems. Needless to say, I was not pleased with this experience. I would not choose to work with this company again for lawn work.

+ 9 moreOn a home they just refinished for me, they did a trash out, and replaced the carpet, paint, serviced the furnace, replaced a window, fixed 2 doors, replaced a lock, a doorbell, cleaned a gutter, mowed the lawn, and gave the home a deep clean. Like I said they can do anything!
Description of Work: Brilliant Services is awesome! They can do anything from cleaning to total restoration. I am a Realtor and I use them to do work for my bank clients. They give detailed quotes, and do excellent work. I would and do recommend them to everyone I meet that needs anything done on their home.
