Description of Work: Upon inspection for a quote, the plumber indicated a more simple problem than other companies had quoted. The work was cone early and Reis' quote was right on - less work needed than other companies thought.

Description of Work: They are quick and do a great job and clean up after.

Description of Work: Replaced seals inside toilet tank that were leaking, replaced kitchen faucet, fixed leak in shower. Very polite and professional young man.

Description of Work: Replaced my water heater. Their customer service was friendly, asked what size heater I needed so they could have it on the truck, service technician arrived as promised and took care of the replacement quickly and efficiently. Thought they were a bit pricey but you get what you pay for usually. No complaints

Description of Work: Reis Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job on both the hot water heater and on the replacement of my sink fixtures. They were prompt, and they worked quickly and expertly leaving no damage--it was not easy to get the old hot water heater out of an old basement with narrow angled stairs. They left absolutely no mess behind with either the hot water heater or the sink repair. They had me take pictures of my sink before they came and e-mail them to them so that the serviceman had everything he needed in the truck when he arrived. This is SO important since I live out in the country. All in all I would give them an A+.

Description of Work: I have used them for several years. They have replaced a water heater, outside faucet and repaired and replaced my water valves under the sinks along with faucets and shower head.

Description of Work: I called and made an appointment to repair disposal and unclog sink. The earliest available appointment was 7 days away (including Saturday and Sunday). I took time off work (they were aware). On the day of the appointment, I received a call from the office explaining that a job was taking a longer than expected and it would be a couple of hours later. I understood and indicated that would be fine. I received a similar call later. Finally I received a call from the plumber himself and he said that he had an emergency in a nearby town and it would be later, still. Finally I received a call and the plumber said that he could still come out but that he was very muddy and that I probably wouldn't want him in my house. It as obvious he did not want to do the job. Well, that was the last straw. I told him not to bother. |

Description of Work: Repaired a leaky outdoor faucet.

Description of Work: found hot water leak in pipe joint and replaced it. He showed me the part and why it leaked. He was very informative and professional. The price was reasonable, considering where I live. I will definately use them again!

Description of Work: Our "smart" water heating system was no long providing hot water (seemed like a "dumb" system to me). It is a very high tech system and i had no idea where to start. The plumber showed up the same day I called in for assistance. He was professional and knowledgeable about water heating systems He performed a mthodical evaluation of the water system and was able to locate the problem and had it resolved at the time of the visit.

Description of Work: Used as a homeowners claim. Unable to perform service due to freezing temps but tech was very helpful and knowledgable and gave good advice for our future needs.

Description of Work: Reis Plumbing was called at 1130, called back at 1230 and the plumber Nathan was there at 130pm, quick quick service.. Nathan kept us entertained with jokes and talking, yet completed the work very quickly and professionally. He cleaned up after himself and the mess the handymen had left. The job was great. He had a motorized snake that cleaned the pipes in the proper place and got the sink and washing machine draining quickly and properly.

Description of Work: Nathan arrived on time, and quickly advised me that the issue with the bathtub and the kitchen faucet not drining was limited to those drain pipes, and not the main line as I had suspected. He snaked the two problem areas and resolved the problem in minimal time. He told me to call back if the problem continued, which it has not.

Description of Work: Repaired under kitchen sink plumbing and installed an instant hot water faucet.
